The Springer Cap - Old Souls X Ebbets Field
A good friend in Cold Spring once told me that, while the Yankees got their start in 1913, and the Mets debuted in 1962, baseball had been thriving in the Hudson Valley as far back as the mid-1800's.
Clubs were often named after prominent local families and utilized these families' local estates as their practice facilities. The Cold Spring Undercliff was one of the first of these clubs.
After discovering an image of their 1865 uniforms in a historic record of Cold Spring, we teamed up with Ebbets Field Flannels to create the Springer's cap.
This cap is made of 100% warm and cozy wool but is light and breathable as well - behold the magic of wool.
Cap features an unstructured crown with a flat brim that can be easily bent into a nice curved brim if desired. The Undercliff logo is hand-sewn with double layer die-cut felt.
