Mineral oil is a traditional cutting board oil that will help to condition the wood. Mineral oil is a classic butcher block conditioner. You can apply the mineral oil with a soft cotton cloth to rub the oil into the wood. Apply mineral oil more frequently in the winter months and or drier climates.

When your board is rough to the touch apply mineral oil to condition and hydrate the wood. Mineral oil will condition the wood and ensure your JK Adams' pieces can be used and enjoyed for a lifetime.
